A COOL THEFT.
[By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright] [Per Press Association.] LONDON, January 8. (Revived January 9, 1893, at 10 30 a.m.) A daring robbery was committed in the Strand ia broad daylight yesterday. A show case containing diamondsand jewellery, which was on view outside a jeweller's shop, was removed bodily by a band of thieves, who took matters so coolly that passers-by imagined they were bona fide workmen.
