The‘pinjolpW exhibitora in Ayrshire, were Messrs Ferguson, Cowan, and Ireland Bros. The prize for ball, tbiee years or over, was won by Mr Cowan with Corly, who was first at Dunedin andOamaru. For-two-year-old bull, Mr Ferguson seenred first with Silver Kina. In yearling bulls Mr Cowan’s John Gilpin was placed first, thus following the awards at Dunedin‘ and Oamaru. In cows, four years or over, in milk, Mr Cowan's Beauty, third at Dunedin, beat a nice ring. In dry cows, four years or over, Ireland Bros, took first, For three-year-old heifers eleven came forward, and this was the best ring of the day. The first Krlzo fell to Mr Ferguson’s Scottish Rose, ir Ferguson’s oup for the best cow or heifer was won by Ireland Bros, with Verbena the Second, daughter of White Prince, imported by Messrs M'Farlane. Chamiiion prizes: For bulls, Mr Cowan's Curly ; or oow or heifer, Mr Ferguson's Scottish Rose. The special prize given by Messrs M'Farlane for most points in Ayrshires was won by Mr K. B. Ferguson with 26 points. Mr W. Cowan scored 21, snd Ireland Bros. 18.

In thoroughbred entires W. M'Lean’s Stormy Petrel, by Stormbird, beat Kenyon’s Wolf and Dunrobin.

In draught entire horse, three years or over, Mr Ruddy’s Salisbury’s Prince took first honors. The brood mare prize was awarded to Mr Ferguson’s Moss Rose. Mr Ferguson has sold the Ayrshire Lady Emma for fifty guineas to a Sydney buyer.
