In the action whioh is being brought by Mr George Hutchison, M.H.R , against the Premier, Mr J. J. Boyle (manager of the * Wanganni Herald' Company) is also made a defendant. Only uominal damages (40s) are claimed. A writ has been issued, and the case will be heard at Wanganni.
