Id the Wellington Supreme Court yeeterday afternoonWfllum Charles Hazel, of the Carnival of Fun Company, waa changed with obtaining mooeyonder false pretences. The jury found this accused guilty, but Mr JoUicoe, for ,the defence, naked the Court to reserve the question for the Court of Appeal whether the indictment waa not bad. The Chief Juatlce aald he would give hia decision on Monday.
