The foreign navy surgeons supplied the deficiency. Regiments of enoircle Santiago in order to prevent an irruption by outlaws, and a repetition of the scenes enaoted in Valparaiso. Two thousand additional troops will be despatched there to assist in maintaining order. The Congressionists treat the official prisoners well, and promise to give them a fair trial. The Gongresaioniats' warships are pursuing the Government cruisers Condell and Imperial, The cruisers Esmeralda and Lynch, accompanied by transports, have started for Coquimbo, where the Loyalists are rallying. General Baquedamo has been appointed interim president. The Court has ordered several official to be shot,

Coquimbo is now the only place whiob threatens to give any tronble to the successful party.
