NEW PLYMOUTH, April 6.

The Wanaka is in much the same position as when she struck. An attempt will be made to float her off the reef. The weather still holds fine, and it is thought that her injuries are not great. Divers are now inspecting the damaged parts of the vessel. WELLINGTON, April 6. The Union Company send plant to New Plymouth by steamer to-night for the purpose of getting the Wanaka off.
