LICENSED VICTUALLERS' ASSOCIATION.
The members of the above body held their annual meeting yesterday afternoon at Cornish's Central Hotel. There was a good attendance, and Mr C. F. Greenslade (the president) was in the chair. The report and balance-sheet were adopted, The report showed an increase of members from last year. The following officers were elected for the ensuing year:—President, Mr C. F. Greenslade (reelected); vice-president, Mr G. Jacobs (reelected); treasurer, Mr W. L. Philp (re-elected); committee—Messrs G. Bateman, A. Owen, J. Wells, T. Chapman, J. C Short, E. Wilson, M. Joel, A. Thornsou, and G. R. West; auditors—Messrs J. Barron and M'Keuzie. Mr S. Solomon was reappointed solicitor to the Association, and Mr T. Barnett secretary. A vote of thanks to the chairman conelm led the meeting.
