Brazil, and Mr J. C Smith, of Ettriok. and others living in the ceighborhood, and to Messrs W. Laurence Simpson and J. B. Borton, formerly "Wardens of the District, now living in Dunodin, and Mr J. Tho Promoters have not thought it necessary to procure any Reports from mining experts, feeling sure that intending subscribers will be able to obtain reliable information from the gentlemen to whom they are referred, 13. No bonuses, either in money or Bhares, will be given to anyone. The Promoters consider the price asked for the property fair and moderate, considering that the land is reputedly one cf the richest claims in the Molyneux I Valley. j 14. All applications for r.hares must be made to the Company's Brokers, accompanied by a deposit of One Shilling per sbare. In the caso of cheques payable elsewhere than at Dunedin or Roxburgh, bank exchange must be added. 15. The Company will not be registered nor any sharea allotted until the capital has been fully subscribed.
