LONDON, May 10. The Rev. Lord Sydney Godolphin Os borne.

[Lord 8. G. Osborne was well known (or his letters on eoolal and philanthropic subjects, published over the signature of "5.Q.0." in 'The Times.' His Lordship vhited Ireland for benevolent purposes during the famine of 1847, and also in the year in Which the cholera prevailed; and he received the thanks of the Government for benevolent services rendered at the Scutari hospitals during the Crimean War.
