The premises of Messrs Gibbs, Shallard, and Co., printers, of Sydney, were partially destroyed by fire on Saturday night. Heavy damage was sustained before the fire was extinguished. The insurances amount to L 33.000. At Coraki, a town on the river Richmond, a man named Grady attempted to kill another named M'Lennon with a knife, but failing in the attempt, he committed euicide.
