Post Office Notice.
Mails close at the Chief Tost Office, Dunedin, subject to any necessary alterations as under:— For Northern Portß, overland daily, at 7. .'SO a.m., at Chief Post Office. Lato letters, mail van, North express train, at 8.5 a.m. Saturday, December 22. For Australian colonies, per Tekapo, from Lyttelton, at 730 a.m. Late letters, North express, at 8.5 a.m. Monpat, December 24. Tho direct steamer Rimutaka will leave Wellington for London via Rio de Janeiro on Thursday, 27th. Mails for tho United Kingdom, etc., close at this office on Monday, 24th, at 8 p.m. Lato letters, mail van, North train, at 8.5 a.m. on the 25th.
