CHRIST'S COLLEGE v. HIGH SCHOOL.
The annual match between Christ's College (Canterbury) and the Otago High School came off on the Carisbrook Ground to-day. The visitors, going in first, were all disposed of for 29 runs, Niven taking six wickets for 13 runs, and Campbell the remainder. The School replied with 65, Gillies, with 22, alone getting into double figures. In their second venture the College fared much better, the score at 3.30 p.m. showing 100 for eight wickets. Wigley (run out) made 23 in good style, and M'Lean put 34 together in capital form before he was disposed of lbw.
