The quarterly meeting of the Otago Lodge, U.A.0.D., No. 107, was held in the lodge-room, Baldwin Hotel, last night; A.D. Bro. Moore presiding. There was a very large attendance of brethren and visitors. Nominations wore taken for the different offices. Brothers Moss, Bird, and Shelton were nominated for District President, and Brothers Canter and Hutchinson for Grand Lodge representatives. It was unanimously decided to hold the sports on Anniversary Day, in March. The receipts amounted to close bn L4O. ' Two young Germans in Berlin fought a duel with tricycles. Starting at 300 yards apart, they charged full tilt against each other, with slight injury to themselves, but serious damage to their machines. Their honor was satisfied.
