THE LONDON WOOL SALES.
Messrs Murray, Roberts, and Co. have received the following cablegram from their London house (Messrs Sanderson, Murray, and Co.), dated the 17th inst. :—"The sales have closed without animation. Small attendance of buyers. As compared with closing rates of last London sales, prices have advanced 7 A per cent, for <'Xtra good and scoured merino and fine crossbred ; other description:', advanced a shade. Next aalea fused to commence fifth Tuxbday in January."
