An Ely tradesman has received the following extraordinary communication ; “ Sir, —Six years ago I purchased at your shop a piece of meat at a cost of 4s, and gave you a sovereign, and by mistake you gave me 18s change. I ought to have called attention to the mistake, but did not. Since then I have changed to a better state of mind, and become a Christian man, and, for conscience sake, I now correct your mistake by enclosing 2s. —Yours, A Christian.”
