ON GOOD FRIDAY, 30th MARCH, a Cheap Excursion Train will leave Dunedin for Little Mount Allan (present terminus of Otago Central) at 10 15 a.m., Caversham 10.25 a.m., and Abbotsford 10 40 a.m. ; returning from Little Mount Allan at 3 p.m., arriving Dunedin 6.15 p.m. The train passes over the Wingatui Viaduct and through Mullocky Gully. After crossing the Viaduct (which is the largest structure OF ITS KIND IN THE AUSTRALIAN COLONIES), the train runs alongside the Taieri River for a distance of seven miles. Tbe scenery from the Viaduct to the present terminus of the line is most magnificent, and is unsurpassed iu any other part of Otago. On the return journey the train waits an hour at the Viaduct. A PROPER CONNECTION HAVING BEEN MADE AT THE JUNCTION OF THE MAIN LINE, DELAYS IN SHUNTING WILL BE AVOIDED.
