In connection with the Palmerston races, the railway authorities announce an excursion train to Palmerston to-morrow. Visiters leave by the 8.10 a.m. trail;, and may return by the express or 6.10 p.m from Palmerston. The fares are particularly reasonable, and, given fine weather, the excursion should be largely availed of.
