Confident in the success of our system of inducing the Public to trade with us by keeping faith with them, we replied that we knew that those of the Public who were not on our side of the street would CROSS OVER and see for themselves that we do not puff our Goods unduly, and that we can defy competition from whatever source it springs. We made a bold bid for success, having expended large sums in fitting up our present large and convenient Premises; and, having all Departments on the ground floor, w«s now gratefully announce that we have HIT IT, and our Business is now an assured sucoess.
