DEATH OF EMPEROR WILLIAM.

A memorial service out of respect to the Emperor William is to be held in the chapel at Windsor Castle, at which the Queen will lie present. The British fleet and the several garrisons fire a funeral salute of ninety-one guns to-day.

In accordance with the expressed wish of Emperor Frederick the Royal visitors visited the Dowager Empress before paying their respects to himself ; subsequently the dowager visited her speechless son and folded him in mute embrace.
