The perpetual trustees, estate, AND AGENCY COMPANY OF NEW ZEALAND (LIMITED) has been instructed by Mrs Grooves to offer for sale by public auction in their Booms, Rattray street, Dunedin, on Saturday, 24th March, at 2 o’clock.
