FOOTBALL.
The general meeting of the Ravensbourne Football Club was held at Ravensbourne last evening, and, considering the bad weather, was well attended. Mr 0, Moller was voted to the chair. The report showed the club to be in a very healthy condition. After the regular business was gone through the following officers were elected President, Mr John Harold; vice-presidents Messrs B. Hamel and L. Stubbs; captain, W. Webber; deputy-captain, A. Gillanders ; hen. secretary, J. Flynn; hon. treasurer, E. Mbller; match committee— Messrs W. Webber, J. M‘Donald and E. Mbller; general committee—Messrs W. Gruit, S. Stubbs, J. Flynn, E. Hamel, J. Harold. It was decided that the colors of the club should be a black jersey with a single white stripe round the shoulders.
The annual general meeting of the Port Chalmers Pioneer Football Club was held in Mr Dunsmuir’s Bond last evening, about thirty members being present. The report and balance-sheet were read and adopted, the latter showing tho club to be in a good financial position. As shown by the report, the club have played fourteen matches, having won eight, lost four, and drawn two. Tho following officebearers were elected for the ensuing year:— President, Mr Ed ward Sutton; vice-presidents— Messrs Cooper, Chick, Watson, and Putnam ; captain, Mr Steve; deputy-captain, Mr A. Wiseman; hon. secretary and treasurer, Mr J. Crawford; match committee—Messrs Wiseman, Thomson, and Stevens; general committee—Messrs Wiseman, Collett, Crawford, Stevens, and Innes,
Tho North-east Valley Football Club held their first annual meeting last night in Webb’s Hotel; Mr S. Myers in the chair, The balancesheet, which showed the club to bo in a good financial position, was read and adopted. The following officers were elected;— Captain, J. M 'Donald; deputy, 8, Prosser; secretary, R. Davies; committee—A. Dobie, A. M'Leod. Mr Myers presented the club with a ball
