The sum of L2210s 9d ia payable on Ist September next, and every six months thereafter till Ist March, 1910, when the land will be freehold. Thus, for a payment of B|d per acre per year a very small rental a freehold will be obtained in 22 years. The improvements consist of two miles of fencing, small house, etc. There are also 900 Sheep, about one-half merino and one-half cross-bred (800 of which are young), for sale, and these will be sold at per head.
