FEW PLYMOUTH, October 29. At tHe Supreme Court Charles Augustus Rogers‘pleaded’fiuifty to uttering a cheque, but not guilty of forgery. The Crown withdrew the second charge, and Rogers was sentenced to a year’s imprisonment. This terminated the session.
