BLENHEIM, August 2q. Thomas Hart Warren, compositor, aged forty-one, charged with assaulting his own daughter, aged fourteen last birthday, was trlea before Judge Richmond to-day. Prisoner again asserted his innocence of the atrocious charge. His Honor having summed up, the jury, after three-quarters of uu hours retirement, returned a verdict of “ Not guilty.”
