(Received July 2, 18S7, at 1.20 p.m.) The New South Wales revenue returns show an increase since October last of L 166,947, the increase for the year being nearly L 500,000, of which the chief items are Land (L 182,700) and Excise (Lll,800), The Railway Department shows a decrease of L 19,500, the Customs a decrease of L 4,300, and the Telegraphs also a falling off. PARCELS POST. MELBOURNE, July 1. The parcels post throughout Victoria commenced to-day.
