TENDERS. TO LET BY TENDER, |HE KURIWAO ESTATE, consisting of 7,056 acres of freehold and 284 acres leasehold land, fenced and subdivided into 16 paddock*, 500 acres being in artificial grasses, and 250 acres in turnips. The buildings consist of Dwelling-house, containiag eight rooms and kitchen, Woolshed for seven shearers and space for 350 sheep, WoolErcss, etc., Four-stalled Stable, Cartshed, CharTouse, and Fowl-house. The Homestead is situated on the bank of the Kuriwao Stream, and within 10 minutes' walk of Clinton railway station, from whence trains run twice a day to Dunedin and Invercargill. The property is partly bounded by the Kuriwao and Waiwera Streams, which are well known as two of the best trout streams in Otago.
