The method of punishment adopted by the Tonquin rebels is about as barbaric as anything recorded in history. These miscreants, who have been harassing the French near Mongkai, recently took several prisoners, and one of the victims they killed iu an original manner. They pegged him down to the ground, as is the custom of the Apaches, and then a cart was drawn over him backwards and forwards until his bones were broken, and nothing remained but a gory and inanimate mass. The only safe and sure cure for Gravel or urinary troubles is American Co’s Hop Bitters, Prove it. Read.
