IRISH AFFAIRS. LONDON, March 3, (Received March i, 18S6, at noon.)
In tho House of Commons last night the Right Hon. IT. Holmes, member for Dublin University, gave notice of a motion to tho effect; that House is unwilling to vote the money required for the carrying on of tho civil government of Ireland until it is informed of tho policy of Her Alajesty’s Government with regard to the maintenance of order in Ireland.
