The latest fashion in aristocratic circles on the Continent is to bring personalities and individualities into play. This is especially noticeable at Trouville, where the beauties of the season may be seen going about bedeoked with ribbons, on their hats more especklly, on which are stamped, silk woven, the arms or crest of the fair wearer. A wears fleur-de-lys on a bleu de roi band; another lady, the ermine of Brittany on a cream-colored ground, or the Scotch thistle, or the rosa of York. The idea is pleasing, ..hat all women so dearly love, "the cynosure of neighboring eyes."
