"ST. PATRICK" ON WHISKY.
TO THE EDITOB. Sir, —Your correspondent who signs himself "St. Patrick" (bad cess to him for hia impudence) is seemingly ignorant ef the rudiments of the science of punch-making. Father Tom's recipe is confessedly the best in the world. This is it: " First you put in the whisky, next you put in the sugar, thea you put in the lemon, and every drop of water you add after that spoils it." Every omadhaun should know that much. And, mind me now, it should be the real potheen, and not Scotch usquebaugh.—l am, etc., St. Bridget. Kilmog, January 19.
