Saturday, Decembeb 22. (Before J. Logan, Esq., J.P., and A. Rennie, Esq.,J.P.) Vagrancy.---4mii<s M'Phcrson, an elderly person, was charged with having no lawful means of support. —Sergeant Bevin stated that accused came to the lock-up, and said that she had no means of subsistence* She preferred to bo sent to gaol to walking about the streets.— The Bench committed her to prison for three months. Dbunkennkss.— Thomas Dalziel was fined ss, in default twenty-four hours' imprisonment; Daniel Dohcrty, 10s, or forty-eight hours'.
