LADIES AND GENTLEMEN,—The Benevolent Institution is in want of Funds to meet the demands made Upon it, I propose to initiate a series of Entertainments to supplement the Funds of the Institution, and I invite those who are willing; to co-operate, either by purse or personal effort, to meet me at the Chamber of Commerce on Monday next (Christmas Eve), at 4 p.m. Those who cannot attend In person are asked to write, expressing the extent and scope of their sympathy with this most beneficent chanty.
