Ill; and further, that unless within one calendar month after the date of the ' Gazette' containing this notice a sufficient amount shall have been realised by the sale of the said lands to satisfy the principal and interest moneys due on a certain Memorandum of Mortgage registered in this Office as No. 8,208, and all expenses of such sale or incidental thereto, an Order will be issued by mo in favor of George Thomas Clarke, of Dunedin, auctioneer, the last Mortgagee, pursuant to section 127 of the Land Transfer Act, 1870, foreclosing Simon Millington and Samuel Millington, of South Dunedin, contractors, and all persons claiming through or under them subsequent to the said Mortgage from all right and equity of redemption of and in the said lands.
