The shop has been fitted up in the latest Continental style, and for beauty of design, cleanliness, and convenience cannot be surpassed by any establishment of the kind In the Southern Hemisphere. The services of a first-class tradesman for the Small Goods Department has been secured. Real Epping, Pork, Beef, Gorman, and all other Sausages will be always on hand and their quality guaranteed. Special Conveniences have been prepared for Curing Hams, Bacon, Spiced, and Corned Beef in large quantities. A complete Plant for the manufacture of Preserved and Potted Meats, Tongues, etc., has been ordered, and when fitted up will supply the Lunch, Breakfast, and Supper Table with tasteful delicacies.
