Lato 'letters, bearing an additional single rate of postage as a late fee, can be posted in the mail van attached to the Northern train leaving Dunedin Railway Station at 8.16 a.m. on tho loth. The above mail will close for newspapers at tho Branch Post Office, Albany streets, at 9 p.m. on Friday, 14th ; monuy orders at 4 p.m., and registered letters at 5 p.m.; aiid for letters at 5 a.m. on Saturday, L>th. At the Port Chalmers office at 8 a.m. on Saturday, the 15th; money orders at 4 p.m., and registered letters at 5 p.m. on Friday, the 14th. The above mail will be duo in London on the 23th August. .
