Northern Ports.—At 1.60 p.m. Late letters, van, Port Chalmere train, at 2.80 p.m. —* "' ——. COLOMBO-BRINDISI SERVICE. Tiidrsdat, February 10. Malls close as under : United Kingdom, at 2 30 p.m. Southland and Australian Colonies, at 2.80 p.m. Point de Galle, India, China, and the East, Aden, Mauritius, Reunion, Natal, Cape of Good Hope, Suez, the Mediterranean Ports, and Foreign Countries, at 1 p.m. For posting reglsteKed correspondence, at 1 p.m. For nook packets and newspapers, at 2 p.m. For the Issue of money ordors, at 1 p.m. Late letters, bearing an additional single rate of postage as a late fee, can be posted until 8 p.m. The above mails will close at the Albany street Post Office at 2.45 p.m., and at Port Chalmers at 8.40 p m. Late letters for mails may be po3ted In guard's van attached to 3 40 p.m. Port train, provided such letters are stamped with an additional Bingle rate aa a late (Signed) Arch. Barr, Chief Postmaster.
