THE COURTS—TO-DAY,
CITY POLICE COURT. (Before J, Logan, E*q., J.P., and W, Isaac, Esq., J.P. Drunkenness —Two old offenders, Aanie Evanß and Ann Sherry, were fined L 3 eich, or in default fourteen daya' imprisonment; and John Patrick was lined 10s., with the option of forty-eight h< u's' imprisonment. Breaking a Window, —Matilda Robs was charged with breaking a naue of c y la?.e, of the value of 35s the property of Daniel White. Mr Hay appeared for the prosecutor. —Accused's husband, whw was in Court, admitted the liability, and offered to pay the damage done.—The Bench ii/ilicted a fine of la, and ordered the value of the window to be pa : d, in default Eeven days' imprisonment.
