At the trial held under the auspices of the Royal Agricultural Society of England, at Bristol, August 6.—Decision of the Judges: 'JM'Cormick's Sheaf-binder fulfilled the conditiona of the Society, and was awarded THE GOLD MEDAL. At the Riccarton trial, January 24, 1878, three-fourths of the farmers preferred the M'Cormick Reaper and Binder, and were prepared to give their unsolicited verdict in* its favor. At the Kaiawoi Trhl, February 7, 1878, the First Prizo, given by the Farmers' Club, was awarded to the M'Cormick Machine. At the Oam iru Trial, February 27, 1878, THE GOLD MEDAL, Given by the Northern Agvioulfcural an.l Pastoral Acsociation, Oam am, Ofcago, was awarded te the M'Cormick Machine. At the Ashhurton County Trial, at Metkven, on March 6, 1378. the First Frizo w<wj awarded to the driver of the only M'Cormick Machine present in competition with twelve machines of another make. At the Public Tria', held under the auspices of the Otago Agricultural and Pastoral Association, at the Grange, Taieri, on March 16, 1878 the Thirty Judges appoint-d were unanimous awarding the FIRST PRIZE TO THE M'CORMICK MACHINE. At the Great Trial at Christchu'-ch January 16, 1879, it was awarded Fir3t Prizo. Every Machine get up if required, and guaranteed in perfect working order. The season's stock of the above machines is now being landed at Port Chalmers from the B. 0.
