The New Zealand Company’s barque Mataura, with four passengers and a full cargo, consisting of 3,931 bales wool, 32 casks tallow, 10 casks sealskins, 100 sacks flour, 7 packages sundries, and 2 boxes of gold of the total value of L 93,638, took her departure this afternoon for London, being towed clear of the Heads by the KoputaL The Mataura leaves in fine trim. The following vessels are to sail from New York for this Colony Charles Forbes, barque, 634 tons, for Dunedin, on December 30, with 1,200 cases > kerosene; barque Thames, 544 tons, on January 13, for Lyttelton and Wellington; barque Isaac Hull, 655 tons, December 17, with 5,600 Cases kerosene ; Hermes, for Wellington and Lyttelton, with 1,500 cases kerosene.
