'An Explanation. —His Worship said: I wish to state, for the information of the Bar, that a paragraph which appeared in a paper the other day stating that the business of the Court would, in future, be restricted to three days a week is without authority from this department. There will be no change in the Court days as new fixed—namely, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. I may state that it is my intention to adjourn each day at one o’clock, and resume again at two. Mr Mansford has introduced this practice, and it has been attended with good effect 8
