Drunkenness.—Mary Fitz was discharged with a oaution ; James Mahon was fined 2Qs, in default, 48 hours' imprisonment; Ellen Dufty, alias Wilson, 40s, or 14 days'; James Campbell 10a, or 48 hours'; David grown {ss, or 2i hours' j Ellen Fitzgerald 10s, or 4$ hours'.
Illegally on the Pbemisi B.—Richard Win«rove was charged w'th being illegally
on the premises of George Grant, Dundas utre t, it midnight.—Prisoner, who wished ti> mate out that he was suffering from drink, had sealed a six foot fence before getting into prosecutor's yard. In an adjoining section a lad belonging to him was found.—He was sent to gaol for 48 hours. Nec4lected Childben.—Edith Lockley (9), and Cecilia Lockley (7), were sent to the Industrial School for one year, their parents to pay 5s a week for their maintenance.
