Anne, 80 tons, Russell, for Oamaru, with cargo. Keith Ramsey, agent. Surprise, 10 tons, Rickaby, for Waikouaiti, with •argo. Master, agent. The Record left Valparaiso on the 10th October last. Experienced fine weather throughxmt until off this coast. She brings 12,900 bags flour. The new steamer just constructed by Messrs M'Kinnon and Murray is to be launched at about 5 o'clock this evening. She is the first steamer built in Port Chalmers, and it is believed she is to be named the Maori Queen.
