FIRST HEARING 22 NT) DECEMBER. George Augustus Munyard, of Dunedin, chemist’s assistant —Debts, £37 19s 6d ; assets, none ; deficiency, £37 19s (id. Cause of insolvency —being prevented from earning wages, which I was willing to pay to my creditors, by being imprisoned by Messrs Bently Bros., saddlers of Dunedin, for the non-payment of a sum of eleven pounds fifteen shillings. E. ff. Ward, solicitor for the petitioner. Petition filed 16th instant.
