PROVINCIAL COUNCIL.
THIS DAT. The Council assembled at 2 o’clock. Mr Simeon Isaacs was introduced, and took bis seat as membar for Clyde. On tbe motion of Mr Vogel, tbe House adjourned in order to permit bon. members to pay tbe compliment of bidding bon voyage to Capt. Norman and tbe officers of H. M. Colonial Sloop Victoria. Mr Vogel, in proposing tbe adjournment, referred to tbe services of tbe Victoria to the colony and to humanity; and bis motion was agreed to without dissent. Tbe House stands adjourned until 2 o’clock to-morrow.
