USE OF DUTCH SHIPS
Rec. 12.10 p.m. THE HAGUE, Dec. 25. Dr. van Mook announced that enough Dutch ships will probably be available to carry rice to relieve the famine which is especially serious in central Java. The Dutch would call on the Indonesians to co-operate in the distribution of the rice.
