THREE INJURED
COLLISION WITH RAIL-CAR
Three persons were injured as a result of a collision between the car in which they were travelling and the Palmerstori North-Woodville rail-car at the Woodville level crossing at 12.10 a.m. yesterday.
They were: Amelia Sargent, of Dannevirke, who was admitted to the Dannevirke Public Hospital suffering from shock: Rodney Sargent aged 14, who was admitted to the Dannevirke Hospital with concussion and cuts on the head; Mr. E. S. Sargent, who was treated at the hospital for scalp wounds. Mr. Sargent was driving the car and was accompanied by his son Rodney anH his sister.
