YOUTH MISSING
APPARENT ATTEMPT TO ROW
TO CONTINENT
Rec. 11.15 a.m. LONDON, Dec. 21. Graham Kinross, aged 18, who twice previously attempted to row to the Continent, is reported missing after the discovery of an overturned rowing boat on the shore near Dover.
Kinross made eai-lier attempts in November in an endeavour "to see conditions on the Continent for myself." He was charged recently with attempting to leave the United Kingdom without permission and was bound over for a year.
