RIGHTS FOR RELEASED PRISONERS.
Rec. 10 a.m. TOKIO, December 20. General Mac Arthur has ordered the restoration of the right to vote and hold public office to all political prisoners whose release was ordered by General Mac Arthur on October 4,, and to those released before that date.
