AMERICAN DELEGATES
WASHINGTON, December 20. President Truman has appointed Mrs. Eleanor Roosevelt, Senator Tom Connally, and Senator Arthur Vandenberg as delegates to the United Nations World Organisation. Mr. E. R. Stettinius has been designated principal American representative, with the rank of Ambassador. Mr James Byrnes will head the United .States delegates to the United. Nations Organisation session in London on -January 10.
