TOMORROW'S MATCHES
Wellington's Plunket Shield cricket team is to have a match tomorrow with a team representing the Rest as a preliminary to the engagements with Otago (in Wellington at Christmas) and Canterbury (in Christchurch at New Year). Tomorrow's match is to be played at the Basin Reserve, commencing at 11 a.m. The teams are:— Wellington.—F. Mooney (St. Pat's O.B.), captain, J. Duffy (Karori), A. Wiren (Wellington), C. G. Rowe (Karori), H. F. Rice (Otaki), J. Ell (Wellington), T. Barber (Wellington College O.B.), B. Cave (Wanganui), R. K. Hatch (Midland), D. D. Beard (University), and R. Allen (Kilbirnie). The Rest—R. T. Morgan (Wellington), captain, E. W. Tindill (Midland), R. J. Kemp (fiutt), C. Jones (Petone), S. Wilde (University). I. Colquhoun (University), D. S. Wiison (Kilbirnie), R. Buchan (Hutt), D. Brian (University), G. L. Whyte (Wellington College O.B.), and K. Parkin, (Kilbirnie).
A'match between a Wellington colts' team and Hutt Valley seniors is also to be played at the Basin Reserve tomorrow, starting at Tl a.m. The Wellington team is:—R. Buddie (captain), T. Larkin, E. Fisher, R. Parry, T. Russ, H. Sim, R. Murray, J. Little, R. Woolley, J. Swaysland, and J. McKeown.
